WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: One Michelin Starred Restaurant
Average Covers: 30 lunch and 50+ for dinner
Cuisine: modern European
Brigade: 13+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: London Bridge (Bakerloo, Waterloo and Central)
Salary: 26,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 4 days on and 3 days off, 6am until close
Last orders: 9:30pm (3 hour intervals for tasting experience)
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A competent, reliable and highly professional Chef de Partie.
A truly passionate a Chef de Partie that is well organised, fast and can work well with others.
A chef with a background in fine dining, preferable Michelin star background.
A confident Chef de Partie, that has acquired strong knife skills and the ability to work on more that one section.
A keen trainer and team motivator.
Previous experience cooking modern European cuisine would be desirable.
