Job Title: Jnr Sous Chef
Establishment: Contemporary Meat and Fish Led Restaurant
Average Covers: 40 lunch and 110 for dinner
Cuisine: modern British (in house smokery and butchery)
Brigade: 14+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: London Bridge
Salary: 30,000k per annum
Shifts: 7 shifts per week
Earliest Start: 9am

A highly competent and motivated Jnr Sous Chef with strong culinary skills.

A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.

A chef with a good knowledge of fish and meat sections and butchery would be a PLUS!
