WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Commis Chef / Prep Chef
Establishment: Fine Dining Restaurant
Average Covers: 40 for lunch - 60 for dinner
Cuisine: Seafood
Brigade: 10+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Mayfair (Bakerloo, Waterloo and Central)
Salary: 23,000k per annum plus 2,000k tronc (all inclusive)
Shifts: 48 hours + overtime paid
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent and well organised prep chef / Commis Chef who is looking to work in a fine dining environment.

Previous experience working within a professional kitchen would be advantageous.
