Job Title: Banqueting Sous Chef (running the kitchen)
Establishment: 5* Luxury Hotel - Restaurant/Banqueting+Events
Average Covers: Banquets/Events upto 400 + 12 conference rooms
Cuisine: Modern British/European
Brigade: 5 In banqueting brigade
Location: Victoria (Victoria, Piccadilly, DLR, Circle and District)
Salary: 35,000k per annum
Shifts: Usually Monday - Friday
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent Banqueting Sous Chef with previous experience running a banqueting team.

A diverse Sous Chef who is happy to run banqueting, room service and the staff canteen.

A great organiser, A banqueting Sous Chef who leads by example and is efficient in structuring the team and kitchen operation.

The successful Banqueting Sous Chef will have a proven and stable track record working within luxury hotels, conference centres or events outlets.

A strong command of English is a must!
