WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Senior Sous Chef
Establishment: AA modern Brasserie
Average Covers: 80 lunch and 100+ for dinner
Cuisine: Authentic British
Brigade: 20+ in pastry and main kitchen
Location: Oxford Circus (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines)
Salary: £41,000 package
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (48hrs per week)
Last orders: 11:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A strong Senior Sous Chef who has a proven & stable employment history working in award winning restaurants, gastro pubs or luxury hotels.

A hands on Senior Sous Chef who is creative, self motivated and a great leader.

This style of food can be described as relaxed, rustic and a celebration of British produce.

The successful Senior Sous must be well organised, lead by example and work well under pressure.

Previous experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef is essential.
