Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie
Establishment: Foodie Gastro Pub and Dining Room
Average Covers: 10/15 for lunch, average of 60 for dinner and Sundays busiest at 150
Cuisine: modern British/European
Brigade: 7+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Chelsea (Circle and District)
Salary: 23,000k to 25,000k
Shifts: 9am until 5pm or 3pm until close (7 shifts)
Latest Finish: 10:30pm or 11pm
