WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Pastry Chef de Partie
Establishment: Exclusive Michelin Star Restaurant
Average Covers: 70 lunch and 100 for dinner
Cuisine: modern French/European
Brigade: 11+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Liverpool Street (Hammersmith and City, District and Circle Lines)
Salary: basic of 25,000k per annum
Shifts: 8 shifts over five days

A passionate, driven and competent Pastry Chef de Partie, capable to co-running a pastry section.

A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well under pressure.

A creative chef that has long-term goals and aspirations to develop within a Michelin star restaurant.

A Chef de Partie Pastry that works very well with others as they promote a positive kitchen ambiance and have ZERO tolerance to aggression.

Previous experience working within multi rosetted or Michelin restaurants.
