Establishment: Food Led British Restaurant
Average Covers: 40 lunch and 60 for dinner
Cuisine: modern British
Brigade: 8+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Stevenage
Salary: 35,000k per annum
Shifts: 48 hours per week
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A highly passionate, professional and organised Head Chef with a strong employment background running food led driven operations.

A highly organised Head Chef who can confidently run a busy kitchen operation whilst motivating and training a brigade.

Previous experience as a Head Chef.

Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
