WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Bartender

Establishment: AA modern Brasserie

Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150+ for dinner

Cuisine: modern British

Brigade: 7+ Bartenders + Barista's

Location: Central London (Northern, Piccadilly, Metropolitan & District Line)

Salary: 20,000 + tronc

Shifts: 6 shifts per week (45hrs per week)

Last orders: 11:45pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• A competent Bartender who has experience working in a busy environment.

• The successful Bartender will need a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages.

• A Bartender that is well organised and can work well within a small team.

• Someone who has worked in a professional establishment for over three years.

• A creative Bartender who can assist in the development of their award winning drinks menu.

• Someone who takes pride in their appearance and is fluent in English.
