WHO AND WHERE
Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie Pastry (creative role)
Establishment: 5* Luxury Hotel - Restaurant/Banqueting+Events
Average Covers: 20 lunch and 60 for dinner, 50/150 banqueting
Cuisine: Modern British/European
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Victoria (Victoria, Piccadilly, DLR, Circle and District)
Salary: 27,000k per annum
Shifts: 48 hours + overtime paid
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR

A competent Senior Chef de Partie Pastry to assist in the daily running of the pastry kitchen.

A creative and professional Pastry Chef with a strong background working within fine dining/contemporary restaurants.

A passionate and professional Pastry Chef that is well organised and can work well with a large team.

Previous experience working within a five star property or Michelin restaurant would be advantageous.
