Establishment: Contemporary All Day Dining Restaurant
Average Covers: 100+ for breakfast, 60+ for lunch and 150+ for dinner
Cuisine: modern British/European (refined)
Brigade: 30+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Kings Cross/St Pancreas International
Salary: 26,500k per annum
Shifts: 6am until 2pm + overtime paid
