Chef de Partie - WEEKLY PAY - £26,000
WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie (under a **Michelin starred Head Chef)
Establishment: AA Food Led Gastro Pub
Average Covers: 40 covers midweek, 70 covers during the weekend
Cuisine: modern European
Brigade: 5+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: London Fields or Hackney Central
Salary: 26,000k per annum (weekly pay)
Shifts: 45 hours + overtime paid
Earliest Start: 9am or 10am
Latest Finish: 11pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent, creative and driven Chef de Partie confident to run any single kitchen section.

A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a small team.

A Chef de Partie with a background working with food led driven restaurants.

Local to East London would benefitial!
