Establishment: Contemporary All Day Dining Restaurant
Average Covers: 300+
Cuisine: modern British/European (refined)
Brigade: 30+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Kings Cross/St Pancreas International
Salary: 22,500k per annum (all inclusive) - negotiable
Shifts: 50 hour contract
