Establishment: Contemporary Restaurant (refined)
Average Covers: 10/20 lunch and 20/30 for dinner, weekends more
Cuisine: modern British/European
Brigade: 4+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Sidcup/Bromley
Salary: negotiable - HOURLY PAY
Shifts: 45 hours
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent and confident Sous Chef capable of running a small kitchen delivering up to 20 covers per service.

A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a small team.
A creative chef that has a good culinary repetoir and creative flair.

Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
