Job Title: Senior Breakfast Chef
Establishment: 5* Hotel - high volume breakfast
Average Covers: 100+ for breakfast
Cuisine: modern European with French influences
Brigade: 5+ breakfast brigade
Location: Marylebone (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee and Central)
Salary: 25,000
Shifts: 5 mornings per week
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent breakfast chef to work within a team of 5.

They are looking for someone to work through a busy breakfast service and also help with the mis en place for the dinner service.

This is a high pressured role so they need someone who is well organised and can work well within the team.

Someone with previous experience cooking large volume.

At least 4 years experience in a similar role/establishment.
