WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: 5* Hotel - Rising 3AARestaurant
Average Covers: 500+ Covers per day
Cuisine: modern European with French influences
Brigade: 45+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Marylebone (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee and Central)
Salary: 18,000 basic + 7,000 tronc
Shifts: 4 days per week
Last orders: 11:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent Chef de Partie to work on a section (to be decided after the trial shift).

Someone who has a strong background cooking in award winning restaurants and hotels.

A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work under pressure.

A confident chef, that has acquired strong knife skills and the ability to work on more that one section.

A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.

Previous experience cooking in large volume food to a rosette level would be ideal.
