WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie
Establishment: London's MOST Exclusive Venues
Average Covers: up to 180 sit down dinner
Cuisine: Mexican - (Refined)
Brigade: 16+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Green Park (Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly)
Salary: 24,000 (negotiable)
Shifts: 6 shifts over 5 days, one double and four lates!
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A highly passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to assist in the day to day food preparation whilst training to work on various kitchen sections.

Someone who works very well within a team and calmly under pressure.

A Demi Chef de Partie with a good solid background working within reputable food led establishments and good knife skills.

Previous experience working with MEXICAN food is ideal.
