Job Title: Senior Mixologist

Establishment: Award winning restaurant & Bar

Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150+ for dinner

Cuisine: modern British

Brigade: 5+ Bartenders + Barista's

Location: Central London (Northern, Piccadilly, Metropolitan & District Line)

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

Shifts: 42 hours per week

Last orders: 11:45pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• A passionate and experienced mixologist to join and improve this restaurants award-winning Bar.

• A mixologist who has a proven track record leading teams, creating menus and up-selling to customers.

• The successful mixologist must ooze flair and creativity as they will be solely in charge of cocktail menu developments for the restaurant.

• The bar will be undergoing a refurbishment and extension shortly so this offers a great opportunity for further growth and development.
