Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Establishment: Contemporary Restaurant - NEW OPENING
Average Covers: 500+
Cuisine: Asian with a south American influence
Brigade: 50+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: City Of London (Hammersmith & City, Circle, Metropolitan & Central Line)
Salary: Up To £35,000 per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 5 days on - (55hrs per week)
Last orders: 12.00am
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A reliable, passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef who can cope well under pressure.

A talented Junior Sous that has acquired skills working within reputable restaurants.

A Junior Sous chef with a minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen.

A confident junior sous chef who can assist with running the kitchen, leading the junior members and menu planning.

Previous experience working with south American or Asian cuisine is essential.
