WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Head Chef
Establishment: 40 Cover Gastro Pub
Average Covers: 15 lunch and 25 for dinner (weekends brunch and Sunday roast 60+)
Cuisine: British
Brigade: 5+
Location: Fulham
Salary: 36,000 per annum + Bonuses
Shifts: 7 Shifts per week
Last orders: 10:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A passionate, reliable and skilled Head Chef to run a small foodie gastro pub.

A keen trainer and motivator, capable or running a small outlet.

The ideal Head Chef will ideally have previous experience running a similar set up.

A creative chef, that takes pride in using fresh seasonal produce.

A chef with strong kitchen management and administration skills.
