WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: Refined Restaurant and Wine Bar
Average Covers: 20 lunch and 60 for dinner
Cuisine: modern European, French
Brigade: 8+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Marylebone (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Central)
Salary: 27,000k per annum
Last orders: 10:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A competent Chef de Partie that is confident to run a kitchen section.
A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a small team.
Someone who has worked within a professional food led kitchen for over two years.
A confident chef, that has acquired strong knife skills and the ability to work on more that one section.
A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.
Previous experience cooking modern cuisine would be desirable.
