Average Covers: lunch 30+ / Dinner 80+

Brigade: 8+
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £35,000 annually + £4,000 Bonus scheme
Shifts: 48 Hours per week
Last orders: 10.00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A confident and organised Head Chef who can run a busy kitchen operation

A highly passionate Head chef with a strong employment background and references.

A strong Head Chef who can lead and train junior members of the kitchen.

All applicants must have worked at a Sous or head chef level previously.
