Job Title: Sous Chef
Establishment: Food Led Gastro Pub and Dining Room
Average Covers: 30 lunch and 30 for dinner (weekends more)
Cuisine: modern British
Brigade: 7+ within main kitchen and pastry
Salary: 26,000k per annum (negotiable)
Shifts: 48 hours per week

A passionate, professional and loyal Sous Chef to assist in co-running a vibrant, food led British kitchen.
A highly organised Sous Chef, that has solid interpersonal skills and takes prides in their everyday work.
A keen motivator and team trainer.
A hands on Sous Chef with a good solid background working within food led establishments.
Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
