WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry
Establishment: 5* Hotel - 3AA Restaurant
Average Covers: 300+ Covers per day
Cuisine: modern European with French influences
Brigade: 45+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Marylebone (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee and Central)
Salary: 25,000 per annum
Shifts: 4 days per week
Last orders: 11:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent Chef de Partie Pastry to work on a busy pastry section.

A Chef de Partie Pastry who can work well with volume and under pressure.

Someone who has a strong background cooking in award winning restaurants and hotels.

A confident chef, someone who can teach junior members of the brigade.

A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.

Previous experience cooking in large volume food to a rosette level would be ideal.

A creative pastry chef who can help with new ideas for menus.
