WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: CDP Pastry (co-running section)
Establishment: 50 Cover Michelin Restaurant
Average Covers: 20/30 for lunch, 50/60 for dinner
Cuisine: modern European
Brigade: 3+ within pastry
Location: Mayfair (Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly)
Salary: 27,000 to 28,000k per annum
Shifts: 48 hours per week
always out the doors by 11pm

A highly passionate, creative and driven CDP Pastry to help deliver cutting edge desserts whilst maintaining immaculate culinary standards.
A Chef de Partie Pastry with a strong employment background working within reputable refined establishments.
Previous creative experience, drafting and planning menu's.
