WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry
Establishment: Contemporary Food Led Restaurant
Average Covers: 60 lunch and 100 for dinner
Cuisine: modern British/European (refined)
Brigade: 25+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Oxford Circus (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines)
Salary: 25,000k per annum
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (48hrs per week)
Last orders: 11:00pm

A driven, professional and confident Chef de Partie Pastry that has acquired knowledge and experience working within reputable food led restaurants.

A passionate and professional Chef de Partie pastry that is well organised and can work well within a large team.

A keen trainer and team motivator. A Chef de Partie who works well within a team.

Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.

The Ideal pastry chef will be qualified in patisserie/bakery.
