Job Title: Banqueting Sous Chef
Establishment: 5* Luxury Hotel - Restaurant/Banqueting+Events
Average Covers: 20 lunch and 60 for dinner, 50/150 banqueting
Cuisine: Modern British/European
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Victoria (Victoria, Piccadilly, DLR, Circle and District)
Salary: 37,000k per annum
Shifts: 48 hours + overtime paid
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent Sous Chef to assist in the daily running of the kitchen.

A passionate Sous Chef junior members with in the kitchen brigade.

A passionate and professional Chef that is well organised and can work well with a large team.

Someone who has worked within a professional food led kitchen kitchen for over five years.

An Sous Chef that has experience within a Banqueting kitchen.

Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
