WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Commis Chef
Establishment: Two AA British Restaurant
Average Covers: 120 lunch and 150 for dinner
Cuisine: modern British, with European influences
Brigade: 30+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Liverpool Street (Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan and Central Lines)
Salary: 22,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (55hrs per week)
Last orders: 11:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent and enthusiastic Commis Chef to train and develop within a passionate and professional culinary brigade.

A Commis Chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team (five per section).

A chef that has a strong understanding of the industry and previous work experience within a professional kitchen setting.

Previous experience cooking British cuisine would be desirable but not essential.
