Establishment: Contemporary Gastro Pub/ All Day Dining Restaurant
Average Covers: Busy Day - 750 covers +
Cuisine: modern British/European (refined)
Brigade: 30+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Kings Cross/St Pancreas International
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Shifts: 7 shifts per week
