Job Title: Sous Chef (direct no2)
Establishment: Contemporary Fine Dining Restaurant
Average Covers: 30 lunch and 80 for dinner
Cuisine: modern Italian (refined)
Brigade: 14+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Marble Arch (Central Line)
Salary: 35,000k per annum
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (overtime paid)
Last orders: 10:00pm
