WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie Pastry
Establishment: Three AA Fine Dining Restaurant
Average Covers: 30 lunch and 65 for dinner
Cuisine: modern French, with European influences
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Covent Garden (Central, Northern and Piccadilly Lines)
Salary: 23,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (55hrs per week)
Last orders: 10:20pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A mature and competent chef de partie pastry that is passionate about producing food at the highest levels.

A chef that is well organised and can work well within a team of 3 pastry chefs.

A Chef de Partie pastry with previous experience working within at least a two AA level establishment.

Someone with a stable CV.

A passionate Chef de Partie Pastry who can work well under pressure.

Previous experience cooking French cuisine would be desirable.
