WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Head Chef
Establishment: 5* Luxury Hotel - 2 AA Fine Dining Restaurant
Average Covers: 25 lunch and 60+ for dinner
Cuisine: Traditional British with a Modern Twist
Brigade: 5 within main kitchen and pastry
Location: East Sussex (Coastal Location)
Salary: Up to £37,000 k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 5 Days out of 7, including some splits - Sunday & Monday off
Last orders: 10:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A passionate and motivated Chef who has experience of working within a fine dining establishment at a minimum of 1 AA standard as either a Head Chef or Sous Chef.

A Head Chef who can lead the kitchen team efficiently and who can motivate and develop junior team members.

Someone who is qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

A Head Chef who is highly organised, calm and who has excellent leadership skills.

Someone who can work well under pressure within an award winning kitchen team.
