WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: Exclusive Members Club
Average Covers: 30 lunch and 80 for dinner + functions!
Cuisine: modern British (refined) plus diverse menu's (Asian, French, Italian, Spanish + more)
Brigade: 20+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Marble Arch (Central, Piccadilly)
Salary: up to 25,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (8 hours per shift)
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent Chef de Partie that has acquired strong skills and a solid foundation to their cooking abilities.

A calm and clean chef who takes pride in their work.

A chef with a good background working within food led establishments.

A keen trainer and team motivator. Someone who works well within a team.

Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
